Owner and Chef, Raffaele Cirillo, grew up in Sorrento coast where sea and mountains are part of the same daily beautiful scenario. Mare e Monti means ‘sea and mountain’: it’s a cooking style which combines ingredients from the sea and ingredients from the land.

This recipe tells you a little bit of the story behind Taurasi!
